WinPH 6 Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights as a Filipino Player

Welcome to WinPH 6. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the winph6.click platform and any associated services, mobile-optimised pages, or promotions operated under the WinPH 6 brand. By using WinPH 6 in any capacity, you enter into a binding agreement with us.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and WinPH 6. Where there is any inconsistency between these documents, these Terms take precedence.

WinPH 6 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered players via the contact details on their account. Continued use of WinPH 6 after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

WinPH 6 is a real-money gaming platform. To register and use our services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You may not register an account on behalf of another person.
• WinPH 6 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your WinPH 6 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. WinPH 6 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account.

You must not share your account login details with any other person, including family members or friends. WinPH 6 cannot be held responsible for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the cause is the failure to maintain credential security on the player's part.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if you believe your login credentials have been compromised, you must contact WinPH 6 support immediately at support@winph6.click so that appropriate security measures can be applied to your account.

WinPH 6 employees will never ask for your password via any communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from WinPH 6 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

All financial transactions at WinPH 6 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱, PHP). WinPH 6 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

Deposits. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are processed instantly. Bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect in your account. The minimum deposit amount at WinPH 6 is ₱100. WinPH 6 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed by WinPH 6 promptly. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically arrive in your e-wallet within five (5) minutes of processing. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) banking days depending on the recipient institution. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed for the first time.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to payment methods registered in your own name that match your WinPH 6 account details.
• WinPH 6 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal at its discretion.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met in full.
• WinPH 6 does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

WinPH 6 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

Wagering Requirements. All deposit bonuses and free spins winnings at WinPH 6 are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's terms. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement at WinPH 6 is 30x the bonus amount.

• Bonuses are credited to your account only once per qualifying event (e.g., first deposit, first sports bet). Repeated attempts to claim the same bonus constitute abuse.
• Bonuses may only be used by the registered account holder. Sharing or transferring bonus funds between accounts is prohibited.

• All bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds and free spins will expire and be removed from your account after the stated period.

Players who WinPH 6 determines to be abusing bonus offers — including by registering multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors, using betting patterns designed purely to clear wagering requirements, or any other form of systematic bonus manipulation — will have their bonuses voided, their accounts suspended, and may have funds withheld pending investigation.

All bets placed and games played on the WinPH 6 platform are subject to the rules specific to each game type or betting market, as well as these general terms. By placing a bet or starting a game session, you confirm your acceptance of the applicable rules.

Casino Games. All casino games available at WinPH 6 — including live casino, slots, table games, and specialty games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or real physical equipment in the case of live dealer games. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by WinPH 6 or by players.

Sports Betting. Sports betting markets at WinPH 6 follow standard industry rules for each sport. Bets are settled based on the official result as recognised by the relevant governing body. In the event of a disputed or postponed event, WinPH 6's decision on settlement is final.

• WinPH 6 reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a technical error, incorrect odds, or where the integrity of the event is in question.
• Bets placed after an event has commenced (in-play bets) are subject to the rules applicable at the time of placement. WinPH 6 is not responsible for bet placement failures due to connection issues on the player's side.

• In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, WinPH 6's server logs constitute the definitive record of bets placed and game outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the WinPH 6 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or at any subsequent point
• Registering more than one account or assisting others to do so
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using WinPH 6 to process funds obtained through illegal activity
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, technical glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to influence game or betting outcomes

• Attempting to access or tamper with WinPH 6 systems, servers, or data
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abuse toward WinPH 6 staff or other players

Before closing your account, any pending bets will be settled according to their normal terms, and any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within five (5) banking days.

Closure by WinPH 6. WinPH 6 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Identification of a duplicate account
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation when requested
• Use of the platform by an ineligible person

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, WinPH 6 may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If funds are confirmed to be proceeds of fraud or illegal activity, they will be forfeited and may be reported to relevant authorities.

WinPH 6 may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published at winph6.click/terms-conditions with a revised effective date clearly shown at the top of the page.

For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — WinPH 6 will provide reasonable advance notice via the registered email address on your account, or via an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of WinPH 6 following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, your only recourse is to close your account as described in Section 12.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. WinPH 6 operates under a valid gaming licence and is subject to the regulations of the relevant gaming authority.

In the event of a dispute between you and WinPH 6, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance at support@winph6.click. We aim to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly, typically within five (5) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant gaming regulatory authority. WinPH 6 will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation or adjudication process.

WinPH 6's decisions on matters relating to game outcomes, bet settlement, and bonus disputes are final once confirmed by our technical review team, except where a regulatory authority directs otherwise.
